New AXIS BANK YOUNG BANKERS PROGRAM 2013

Introduction:- The Axis Bank Young Bankers Program is a one year, full time program which will be conducted at Manipal University Bangalore Campus

It is a post which is quite similar as PROBATIONARY OFFICERS Recruitment.

It is an equivalent examination to IBPS. ICICI & Axis Bank have joined together with Manipal global education to train candidates and provide appointment. It is a straight forward approach by the Axis bank to train candidates for being appointed as the ASSISTANT MANAGERS. The classroom sessions will be of 9 month duration split into trimesters of 3 months each followed by an Internship of 3 months, which can be at any Axis Bank branches/offices across India. The Young Bankers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.5000/- p.m. for the first 9 months to meet the out of pocket expenses and Rs. 12000 per month during the internship towards their living expenses. Assured employment with Axis Bank upon successful completion of the Program. Gross CTC of Rs. 3.71 Lakhs p.a

Eligibility:- The candidates will be eligible to fill the appropriate form if they posses following specifications-

·         Age not above 25 years, as on January 2013

·       Must be a Graduate with 55%

·       There are no criteria for relaxation & exemptions.

Selection Process:- It will be a two stage selection process which test’s candidates high integrity, dedication towards work, positive attitude & good communication skills.

Initially there will be an Aptitude test which will be of 2 hrs comprising

· Logic and Reasoning Skills

· English Language Skills

· Quantitative/Numerical ability

· Computer awareness

This test will be followed by a Personal interview.

The selected candidates will have to invest Rs. 3 lac for pursuing this program. The candidates will be a provisional letter of Appointment from Axis Bank for future Employment. In addition to this letter the candidates will be issued an Young Bankers Program Admission kit. This Kit will have the following contents;

• Details of the course curriculum, the criteria for successful completion, internship details, evaluation procedure.
• Details of the scheme, the fee structure
• Details of the stipend that will be paid, details of facilities available on Campus for the students

Application Procedure:- In order to apply for above mentioned post, you need to undergo the following mentioned procedures-

For a New User:   This is for those candidates who are going to give this examinations for the first time.

• Click on the “Apply” tab provided.
• An application page will open up, requiring you to fill in the necessary details.
• On completion of application, you will receive 2 e-mails on the registered      e-mail ID you have provided.
• The 1^st e-mail consists of the “myamcat user ID” and “password”.
• The 2^nd e-mail confirms receipt of your application.

Your application submission will then complete.

In case you are already registered with myamcat.com and have a myamcat user ID:

            Directly login using your “myamcat user ID” and “password”

• An application page will open up, requiring you to submit necessary details.
• On completion of application form, you will receive 1 e-mail on the registered e-mail ID you have provided.
• The e-mail confirms receipt of your application.
