Odisha Gramya
Bank is inviting applications from individuals who have been qualified the RRB’s
Common Written Examination in September 2012. There are 108 Officer Scale
vacancies and 193 Office Assistant vacancies with Odisha Gramya Bank.
Eligibility Criteria
·
Age
limit: Applicant should not be less than 18 years of age and should not exceed
28 years of age as on 1.1.2013.
** Please note that upper limit for age can be relaxed for
SC/ST and OBC candidates as per the regulations issued by Government Of India.

Nationality:
candidate applying for the position should be a citizen of India or a subject
of Nepal, Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who come to India before 1962 with a view
of settling permanently in India. Person of Indian origin who has come to India
with an intention of settling permanently in India can also apply for the
position. Apart from Indian citizens, all the above mentioned candidates would
need to furnish an eligibility certificate issued by Government of India.

Educational
Qualifications:
a. Applicants need to have graduated in
any discipline from recognized universities.
b. Candidates should be proficient in
local language (in this case Odiya).
c. Applicants should have mandatorily
cleared RRB’s Common written examination in September 2012.
** Note: competitors
who have cleared Common Written Examination should have achieved specified
scores in each section.

Officer
Scale: SC/ST/OBC candidates should have scored 17 and above in each category
with a total score of 89 and above. General candidates should have scored 19
and above in each category with a total score of 95 and above.

Office
Assistant: SC/ST/OBC candidates should
have scored 17 and above in each category with a total score of 97 and above.
General candidates should have scored 19 and above in each category with a
total score of 103 and above.
Application Fee
Application
fee for SC/ST/OBC candidates is Rs 20 only, whereas the application fee for
general candidates is Rs 100 only.
Individuals
interested in applying for the above mentioned positions can pay the
application fee by depositing cash along with the fee payment challan available
on the bank’s website at any Odisha Gramya bank branches. Payment can also be
made through NEFT using any other bank’s net banking.

Selection Process
Candidates
will be ranked on merit basis based on the scores obtained by them in RRB’s
common written examination. Applicants will then be called for a personal
interview in descending order. Interview call letters will be mailed to the
shortlisted applicants on the address mentioned on the application form. It is
crucial that competitors carry the call letter and fee payment receipt to the
interview venue.
