Recruitment and Vacancy Details
Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has released an official
notification inviting applications of 635 Constable (Trade & Technical)
Posts. Out of 635 vacancies 84 are in Maharashtra, 45 posts in Gujarat,174 openings
are in Andhra Pradesh, 119 vacancies are in Karnataka, 145 posts are in Tamil
Nadu and 68 posts are in Kerala state. These posts includes Driver, Fitter,
Bugler, Tailor, Cobler, Gardener, Painter, Brass Band, Pipe Band, Cook, Water
Carrier etc.

Last date for submitting the application: 1st July 2013.
Eligibility Criteria
Age limit: candidates who are applying for post of constable
should not be less than 18 years of age
and should not be more than 23 years of age.
**please note that candidates belonging to scheduled castes
or scheduled tribes or other backward classes can claim age relaxation as per
government of India regulations.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have cleared their
Matriculation or equivalent examination from a Board or University
recognized by Central or State Government. They should also possess an ITI Diploma Certificate in
Mechanic Motor Vehicle.They must possess a Transport Vehicle driving license with
relevant experience
How to Apply:
Interested candidates must fill up the application forms in
the prescribed format along with Application Fee, two recent passport size
photographs, two self addressed envelopes affixing postage stamps of Rs.22/.
you must mention “Application for the
Post of Constable (Tech & Trade) in CRPF-2013" in bold letters on the face
of the envelope. These documents should reach the address mentioned in official
notification before the deadline. Please note that original and attested photocopies
of all certificates must be produced at the time of recruitment. Candidates
must pay the fee of Rs.50/- in the form of crossed IPO/ Demand Draft/ Banker’s
Cheque drawn in favor of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned
application submission centre.
** Please note that application fees needs to be paid by
male candidates and candidates belonging to OBC category.
Female applicants/ Sc/St/Ex-servicemen are exempt from
payment of application fee.
Selection Criteria
All applicants will be screened for physical standards
test. Those who clear the physical
standards will be eligible for written test. Applicants clearing the written
test will undergo physical efficiency test. Applicants who clear the physical
efficiency test will be sent for final medical examination. Candidates clearing
the medical examination will be eligible for final short listings. Appointment will be done on merit. Reserved seats will remain unoccupied in case
of sufficient number of reserved candidates are not selected.
